About The
Conference

Our Aim is to:

  • Strengthen and encourage you personally. Healthy leaders build a healthy church.

  • Help your church be significant. Stop worrying about the numbers and be significant.

  • Make godly, encouraging relationships.

  • Walk away with some practical ideas to impact your area.

Effective leadership involves guiding people with clarity and strength that will result in people who follow after Jesus and become like Him. It starts with the vision that Jesus set for the Church. That vision inspires and motivates us to work towards becoming the Church that Jesus deserves. Building strong relationships is essential to your team becoming strong and united. As leaders, you can't give away what you don't have. This conference is designed with the leader in mind so you can become the man or woman God has called you to be spiritually, practically, and relationally. It is also designed to inspire and motivate others on your team to be the same.

 

With this philosophy in mind, we have designed the conference to help you with every level of ministry in the church. We are not just telling you what we've done, but we have set up "breakouts" (workshops) with discussion and teaching in order to facilitate the generation of ideas for you and your team. For example: youth pastors will meet together and hear from other experienced youth pastors who will lead the discussions to help develop ideas and build relationships.

Cost

We have considered the local church and its needs, spiritually and physically.  The cost for attendance is $100 per church.  If you are a single Pastor church or you have multiple staff, the cost is the same.
